• Reporting to the General Manager
• Responsible for an Exclusive Island Resort with Wold Class standards
• Matrix:
• Location: Indian Ocean
• Star Rating: Exclusive 5-Star Luxury
• Background: EAM, RM or GM level
• Key Factors: Luxury & focusing on Guest Services
• Language required: English & preferable another European language

YOUR expertise:

• Have worked for companies such as Laucala, Aman, HukaLodge, ChevalBlanc, The Brando or OneandOnly
• Resort specialist with impeccable operational background to benchmark standards & services
• Opening and Indian Ocean experience highly regarded
• Strong business acumen and super luxury resort experiences
• Pushing the boundaries of excellence in client, employee & guest experience
• Impeccable understanding of rooms & F&B operations
• Managing people's culture & mentoring team
• Understanding of water sport activities, wellness services & quality standards
