• Ensuring highest standards of food preparation

• Ensuring strict & full HACCP compliance at all times

• Assisting Executive Chef in menu developments and training programmes

• Orchestrating weekly & monthly culinary events

• Ability to oversee operations at own accord

• Sound and solid in a busy working environment

• Courteous to all team members, at all times
