Outlet Manager - In Room Dining

Specific requirements:

• Previous experience in the same position at a Luxury or upscale commercial environment


• Understand Luxury service and the expectation of Luxury guests


• Able to create positive and effective working relationship with both guests and ambassadors


• Suitably qualified in hospitality or business management


• Fluent in both verbal and written English communications, additional languages advantageous


• Entrepreneurial and innovative, able to make difference to the Guest Experience, Ambassadors' commitments, and business effectiveness
