General requirements:
- Graduated from a reputable university or a specialized hospitality school
- Min. 2 years of solid experience in similar positions in international luxury hotel organizations (for HM, DOFB & DOSM: 5 years)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Previous experience in a 5-star luxury hotel brand would be an advantage
- Highly motivated, self-driven, ability to work under pressure and an excellent team player
- Creative thinker, passionate and guest-oriented
