Financial Controller

What you will be doing :

Overseesthe Finance and Accounting Department in the Hotel, and ensure its smooth running so all that financial and management reports are accurate and available by their due dates.

Defines and implements hotel internal control policies and procedures, ensuring their effectiveness so that the profitability of the hotel is maximised (in conjunction with the General Manager of the Hotel).



General requirements :

Has the degree in accounting from reputable university. Experience in Hotel business is preferable

Is familiar with local and national tax requirements

Good analytical and computer skills

Good leadership, interpersonal skills, guest oriented and service minded
