Requirements are :
- Minimum 1 year experience at the same position in 4 / 5 star hotel
- Good command of english both verbal and writting
- Experience in managing training
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Strong in human resources administration skills
- Excellent organizatinal skills and knowledge of above positions
- Strong communications skills
- Strong Employee relationship
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
