Planning ahead, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and working well under pressure are a must in this position. You are comfortable interacting with all levels of clients and vendors. You possess an approachable and hard working attitude, yet maintaining a professional disposition with the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and a sense of urgency.
